Dandelion Coffee

Coffee? Made out of dandelions? Upon my first time seeing this, my reaction was probably the same as yours.

But to my surprise, the resulting drink turned out to be deliciously smooth and chocolate-like, with half the bitterness than normal coffee!

Wherever plants can grow, you'll probably find dandelion, so it's well worth digging up some to enjoy its unique flavour and powerful medicinal qualities.
